All Computer hardware related services are geared towards customers that are local to Columbus, Ohio.

Average Price for Labor = $80 (+ Parts if needed) depending on time/difficulty of repair.
Hardware Repair Process:
I’m currently providing hardware repair services in the form of drop offs, and pick up.
This is based in North Columbus, Worthington area, and repairs are done privately in a Home Lab environment. If you’re not comfortable with this option, I do House calls also.
A public location may be available in the future.
If you’re ok with the above repair process, feel free to fill out a ticket, and I’ll reach out to you as soon as possible.
Please include the Make/Model of your device in the ticket if possible.
You can also take a picture of the model if necessary and attach it to your ticket.
This is the quickest way for me to look up your system and determine a more accurate price quote for repairs.
You may also feel free to call, but a ticket is most efficient.
Please note your Ticket ID for reference once created.
House calls are also available for Columbus and surrounding areas.
Labor Price is from $120 (+ Parts if needed) for House calls depending on your location, and type of repair.
Hardware Parts
Please bear in mind that not all computer/brand parts are the same. Therefore, I do not keep parts in stock. Except for more universal hardware like Hard drives.
For all other parts, such as Screens, Hinges, Motherboards, Keyboards, Etc, They will have to be ordered. If your repair requires parts, orders take any where from 3-7 business days.
You can either order the parts yourself, and I can assist you with that. The other option is to drop off your device with me at no initial cost, and you just pay the full balance after repairs. As always, you will get a price quote, and I’ll need your confirmation before any repairs.
Labor Turn Around
On average, most repairs take 1-3 days. Yes, Comp-Foo does it steady and speedy. Most of the wait time is on the part delivery.
Software/Remote Support Services:
All services listed below can be resolved remotely, from anywhere, as long as you have a stable internet connection.
Also, an appointment is required in order to connect with you at a specified time.

Remote Tech Support is $50/hr Session, and you only pay after the issue has been resolved.
Remote Support Process:
- Schedule a time using the provided calendar below, explaining in detail what issues you’re facing with your device.
- I contact you with a remote and secure link, sent to your provided email, which you will use to establish a remote session, at the scheduled time.
- Once connected, you are in control. The session can be cancelled at anytime. You have the option to grant or deny remote access to anyone on your PC via the dashboard on your screen.
- You will then receive an invoice via email after the issue is resolved.

You get a peace of mind while ensuring that you can return to work in a timely and effective manner.
